The SPARC.MIL Research Line fosters legal and scientific investigation on the application of technology for both military and peaceful uses in Outer Space.
In a decade that’s seen the start of the second space race, military applications for this new frontier have also been on the rise by major space faring nations. To tackle these multidimensional issues, SPARC.MIL welcomes researchers from different strategic related backgrounds.
To this extent, the group aims to address the emerging field of space defence and security, the legal challenges that might arise from it and the perils prompted by dual-use technologies.
