Associate Professor with Aggregation at the NOVA School of Law. Researcher at CEDIS – R&D Centre on Law and Society. Vice-President of the Portuguese Society of International Law (Portuguese Branch of the International Law Association). Faculty Advisor of the NSL team for the Manfred Lachs Moot Court Competition in 2018, 2020 and 2021. Member of the NPOC for the European Centre for Space Law (ECSL).
