Nadav Shaltiel

Nadav Shaltiel is a Ph.D. student at NOVA School of Law. His research focuses on how international law responds to disruptive technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, autonomous spacecraft, and quantum computing. Nadav holds a master’s degree in political science, with a dissertation on the privatization of security forces in the United States. He has previously worked in the fields of international disarmament and emerging technology governance, representing ICAN and Stop Killer Robots in Israel, conducting comparative studies on NATO military structures, and participating in the Israeli Pugwash delegation.
